Lately, we’ve found that our services have been in even higher demand than usual – which, at this time of year, is really saying something! For us, though, we believe that being busy is always a good thing and seeing our diary packed full of interesting events and parties is all we can ask for.
Having initially expected us to only serve hog roasts, one client, who we recently catered for, Jack, was instantly amazed by just how inclusive our menu options are. With 5 vegetarians, 2 vegans and a handful of fussy children (and adults!) on the guest list to feed, Jack was at a loss for what to serve up until he discovered us.
After describing his dilemma to our catering manager, Jack was pleasantly surprised to hear about all of the meat-free dishes and child-friendly options that we have available. This eased the client’s fears instantly, and instead of feeling the dread over potentially choosing the wrong menu items, Jack felt inspired by our inclusive dining choices.
With just 30 people, including Jack, planning to celebrate next weekend, the client found our Gourmet BBQ menu suited his needs perfectly, which will include juicy sausages, Hog Roast Derrylin’s handmade British beef burgers, succulent chicken kebabs and meaty marinated spare ribs, all grilled to perfection over a low flame. The meatless menu will comprise of our slow-simmered BBQ pulled jackfruit steeped in hickory sauce and served in a gluten-free bun with crunchy ‘slaw, and the kids will be able to enjoy some tasty hot dogs.
