Organising a birthday party can be daunting at the best of times, but organising a children’s birthday bash? Well, that’s a whole different ball game! First, it comes down to choosing a theme and appropriate entertainment to match; a whittled down guest list which undoubtedly started with the names of every single one of your child’s acquaintances on it, and last, but definitely not least, the food. What begins as a humble intention can quickly spiral into an overwhelming experience with a hefty price tag attached, but Hog Roast Ballinamallard is here to minimise your worries with our mouth-watering menu options which are sure to entice even the finickiest of eaters!
Not only are our hog roasts delicious, but since they are designed to cater for large groups of people, they also work out a lot cheaper than the alternatives – making them the ideal option for all types of occasions. After taking a closer look at our range of menus for herself, Liz was keen to have Hog Roast Ballinamallard handle all the catering for her son, Max’s 9th birthday party which was to feature the theme of Cowboys and Indians.
Having catered for several similar celebrations in the past, the Hog Roast Ballinamallard catering crew recommended our southern slow roast menu which features a tantalising collection of classic American dishes. The client was very happy with the support she was given through every step of the booking process and she couldn’t wait to see the look on Max’s face!
When the catering team arrived at the client’s home on the day of the party, they were greeted by a large bouncy castle, hay bales and teepees made from white sheets. Liz had gone all out on her son’s special day and our team were determined to do the same with an abundance of fresh ingredients which they transformed into succulent BBQ pork butt, Texan 24 hour beef brisket and cajun spiced whole roast chickens which they served with our new loaded fries and a meat-free alternative of grilled veggie skewers.
Just as Liz had hoped, her son’s face was a picture of happiness and the meaty creation prepared by Hog Roast Ballinamallard went down a storm with all 40 guests.
