We have the necessary experience to make sure that there is plenty of tasty food for everyone to enjoy. Of course, we mainly do spit pig roasts, but offer a range of other meats and side dishes as well.
A whole hog is perfect for big events because you can easily feed 80 people with just one roasted pig. However, for smaller events they can be too big, which is why we also offer spit roasted suckling pig, beef, lamb, chicken or turkey.
If you are catering for hundreds of people, for example a big wedding or corporate event, we can do both. You can easily order a couple of hog roasts as well as other spit roasted, or barbecued meats.
In addition, we offer a range of buffet and carvery dishes. Our menus include canapés, inspired by the cuisines of the world, as well as salads, vegetables, desserts, sauces and other tasty options.
