Most recently, a local company pulled together a team building day for fifty staff and brought us in to handle lunch – and it’s safe to say it landed well. Keen to hold onto that fading summer feeling a little longer, they went with our ever-popular Gourmet BBQ Menu, which had more than enough to win over even the pickiest eaters.
Sizzling sausages, Thai-style chicken kebabs and our homemade British beef burgers formed the core of the spread, with fried onions, melted cheese and a choice of rolls and wraps on hand for guests to build their own sandwiches. Hog Roast Newry made sure the non-meat-eaters felt equally looked after too, with juicy veggie burgers and grilled veg kebabs with or without halloumi, plus tzatziki dip and flatbreads.
The mains alone did a lot of heavy lifting in getting people chatting but if you know Hog Roast Newry, you’ll know we never stop there. So to keep every plate looking as good as it tasted we added creamy coleslaw, a pasta salad packed with fresh veg and a mix of sweet potato and classic fries, with salt, vinegar and sauces for everyone to finish things off their own way.
With that much flavour on the table, the menu set the perfect tone for the afternoon, giving everyone something genuinely good to bond over.
